The Committee on the Independent Organs under the Constitution, Anti-Corruption and Misconduct, and Good Governance Promotion
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities, undertake
fact-finding or study any matter concerning the administration and management of independent organs under the constitution and the government policy on budget, monitor and evaluate the annual budget disbursement of independent organs under the constitution, inspection of corruption and misconduct within state agencies or other agencies, strengthen good governance in the administration of state affairs in accordance with good governance and Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, as well as mechanisms, procedures and measures to counter corruption and misconduct and other relevant matters.
