The Committee on Political Development, Public Participation, Human Rights, Rights, Liberties, and Consumer Protection
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities,
undertake fact-finding, or study any matter concerning the political development, public participation, and
other operations to promote the democratic regime of government with the King as Head of State, as well as human
rights, rights and liberties, mass media, and public communication, consumer protection, and other relevant
matters.
