The Committee on Natural Resources and Environment
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities, undertake
fact-finding or study any matter concerning the management of land, water resources, forest resources, marine and coastal resources and other natural resources, as well as the promotion, conservation and protection of quality of environment, eco-friendly development and growth, and the study of utilization, protection, modification, control of pollution and environmental conservation and other relevant matters.
