The Committee on Monitoring Budget Administration
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities, undertake fact-finding or study any matter concerning budget management, monitoring and evaluation of income and expenses, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the budget preparation and disbursement in accordance with the National Strategy and other development plans and other relevant matters.
