The Committee on Local Administration
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities, undertake fact-finding, or study any matter concerning the local administration, work administration, personnel administration, decentralization, transfer of functions and revenue to the local administrative organizations, including the special local administration and other relevant matters.
