The Committee on Information Technology, Communication, and Telecommunication
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities, undertake fact-finding, or study any matter concerning information technology, communication, public
communication, telecommunication, and communication and information technology infrastructure, as well as technological crimes, and other relevant matters.
