The Committee on Energy
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities,
undertake fact-finding, or study any matter concerning the administration, promotion, development, supply,
consumption, and conservation of energy, acquisition of renewable energy and alternative energy, studies on the
impacts and guidelines for solving the problems and obstacles of energy supply and consumption, energy security,
and other relevant matters.
