The Committee on Education, Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities, undertake
fact-finding or study any matter concerning education, higher education, educational development of all levels and forms of national education, science and technology development, research, creation of innovation, providing educational services for the people by considering the standard, fairness and thoroughness of education and emphasizing intelligent excellence, discipline, moral, ethics, public consciousness, awareness of being Thai on the ground of the democratic regime of government with the King as Head of State and other relevant matters.
