The Committee on Commerce and Industry
shall have the duties and powers to consider bills, carry out activities, undertake
fact-finding or study any matter concerning commerce and e-commerce, industry, protection of intellectual property, development of local and Thai wisdom, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), social enterprises, community enterprises, Special Economic Zone, competitiveness, industrial growth, as well as industrial environmental management and other relevant matters.
